Residential home inspections

Residential home inspections start from the ground up . A thorough inspection of the grounds, exterior and roofing materials is preformed adhering to interNACHI standards of practice . Next Granite Home Inspections LLC inspects the garage, basement, crawlspace and all interior rooms keeping safety and major system deficiencies as a top priority . HVAC, plumbing and electrical are all included in inspections and a detailed report with issues and pictures of problems are provided to each client. Granite Home Inspections LLC will discuss the issues found and communicate them in a timely manner . Inspections generally take between 3 to 4 hours per home and reports are issued within 24 hours of completion and payment. 

A pre inspection agreement is required for each home inspection to protect the client and the inspector
